Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page, so screen readers can navigate by heading.
• Text alternatives for images that convey information.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for body text, headings, and interactive elements.
• Full keyboard operability — every link, button, form field, and filter can be reached and used without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
• Form fields with associated labels, and status messages announced to assistive technology.
• Responsive layouts that work down to 320px and reflow without horizontal scrolling.
• No content that flashes or auto-plays.
• Colour is never the only way information is conveyed.

Known limitations

We would rather tell you where we fall short than claim we are perfect:

• Property documents. Offering memoranda, rent rolls, and operating statements come from owners and third parties as PDFs. Many are scans and are not reliably tagged for screen readers. If you need one in an accessible format, ask and we will produce it.
• Third-party signing. Buyer registration involves an external electronic signature provider whose interface we do not control. If it presents a barrier, contact us and we will complete the process with you directly by phone and email instead.
• Spanish and Portuguese pages. These receive the same structural treatment as the English pages, but have had less testing with assistive technology.

How we test

We check pages with automated tooling and by keyboard, and review contrast and heading structure as part of building each page. We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit, and we would rather say so than imply a level of assurance we do not have.

An alternative route, always

Nothing on this site is the only way to reach us. Everything available here — property profiles, the process, registration, and confidential material once you are verified — can be handled by telephone or email with one of us directly. Our numbers and addresses are on the contact page and in the footer of every page.

We treat accessibility reports as bugs. Email olivares.c@ewm.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if relevant. We aim to respond within two business days.
